📦 Rental Period
Standard rental is for 1–3 days (pickup/delivery before the event, return after). Need extra days? Just ask — we offer extended rentals for an additional fee.
💵 Payments
50% deposit required to reserve your items. Full balance due 7 days before your event date. We accept [list payment types: credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, etc.].
🚚 Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pickup services are available for an extra fee. You’re also welcome to pick up and return items yourself at our warehouse (address on contract).
🧼 Item Care
Linens: Shake off food and debris after use — no need to wash. Plates, Vases, and Decor: Please remove food, liquids, and wax (no need to scrub). Candles: Only enclosed candles are allowed (to protect our linens and decor).
💥 Damage and Loss
Please handle all items with care! Damaged, stained, missing, or broken items will be charged at full replacement cost.
⏰ Late Returns
Items returned late may be charged 50% of the rental fee per day. Let us know if you need extra time — we’ll try to accommodate!
❌ Cancellations and Changes
Cancel more than 30 days before the event: Deposit kept, but no full charge. Cancel within 30 days: Full rental amount is due. Changes to orders must be finalized 14 days before your event.
